Our client, a global leader in vertical transportation, is seeking a Service Operations Manager to join their St. Louis team.In this role, you will lead all service and repair operations for the branch, driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, profitability, and safety standards across the business.What You’ll DoLead & Develop the Service TeamManage and support service and repair operations employeesProvide coaching, training, and performance managementCommunicate company policies, objectives, and safety expectations clearly and consistentlyDrive Operational Performance & ProfitabilityReview accounting reports, route performance, and callback dataIdentify operational improvements and implement strategies to maximize profitability and efficiencyChampion SafetyAdminister and enforce company safety programsConduct weekly safety audits and maintain high safety standards across all job sitesPartner Across the BusinessCollaborate with sales teams by providing technical expertise on repair scopes and material requirementsWork closely with branch leadership to ensure exceptional customer service deliveryEnsure Quality & Customer SatisfactionMonitor service quality and customer callbacksTake proactive steps to maintain cancellations below 3%Conduct regular job site visits to ensure repair quality and efficiencyStay Current & Solve ProblemsMaintain knowledge of elevator codes, products, and industry developmentsParticipate in ongoing industry and technical trainingSupport branch operations with additional responsibilities as neededWhat You BringRequired: Elevator Industry ExperienceAdditional qualifications include:Ability to interpret technical documents, blueprints, and diagramsStrong communication and leadership skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and make decisions in fast-paced environmentsLocationSt. Louis, MO.
