At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company’s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as its materials and processing expertise.\n\nWhat YOU will do:\n\nWithin the Program Quality Team, for assigned activities, act as owner and POC for issue resolution for all Quality Assurance aspects of the program.\n\nSupport customer meetings and follow‑up actions\n\nCoordinate cross functional team reviews of rejections and issues to determine whether product is conforming with applicable specifications, including containment of suspect product.\n\nFacilitate root cause analysis and action plan closure to correct and prevent recurrence\n\nPrepare and submit concession packages in accordance to program requirements\n\nFacilitate return processing and coordination of rework/repair efforts\n\nIdentify and facilitate management system improvements to better support program requirements\n\nIn coordination with the integrated program team, be responsive to customer inquiries within a very limited timeframe to ensure product is properly dispositioned and work continues to progress through successful delivery to the customer\n\nEliminate process variation and product defects through creative solutions\n\nCapture and analyze data to find trends. Use the data to drive decisions\n\nEffectively prepare communications and presentations to all levels of personnel from operators to senior leadership\n\nParticipate/lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance on‑time, quality delivery of product\n\nWhat YOU must bring to Succeed\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Quality.\n\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 5‑10% of time)\n\nThis position involves access to export‑controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. A ‘U.S. Person,’ as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62, includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residence (green card holders), and individuals granted asylum or refugee status in the United States. To be considered for this position, you must either be a U.S. Person or fall within a legally recognized export control exception or authorization.
