Our client offers innovative lending solutions to RV and Marine dealerships across the US, and they're expanding their team to support continued growth across the Florida.We're seeking a Regional Sales Representative with strong B2B sales experience and a background in recreational finance. This is a remote role with limited travel (~25%) and occasional attendance at regional events or internal team meetings.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for boat and RV dealerships across the regionBuild and maintain long-term relationships with dealership personnel and decision-makersPromote and educate partners on a suite of lending programs tailored to the recreational marketCollaborate with underwriting and product support teams to ensure a smooth client experienceIdentify growth opportunities and expand the dealer networkDeliver training, onboarding support, and ongoing dealer consultationRepresent the company at trade shows, dealer meetings, and in-person events as neededWhat We're Looking For:Sales experience is required - preferably in a dealership or dealer-facing environment4+ years of outside sales or territory management experience in a recreational environmentExperience in recreational lending (boats, RVs, or powersports) is requiredStrong communication and relationship-building skills in a B2B settingAbility to manage a multi-state territory from a remote environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitudeWillingness to travel (~25%)Benefits:Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical for employees (dependents optional); PTO (2 weeks first year, 3 weeks after one year), 5 sick days, 2 floating holidays
