In this role, you will welcome customers into the bubble tea shop and prepare their orders. Your goal is to ensure patrons enjoy their drinks and time at our shop. The ideal candidate is passionate about beverages and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Welcome customers into the bubble tea shop with a smile Take food and beverage orders Explain the menu items to customers Create a variety of drinks, from basic to more complex Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency Bus tables and wipe down surfaces Maintain a clean work environment Qualifications: Familiarity with food safety guidelines Willingness to learn how to make beverages Excellent customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods Commute to work without assistance Part time applicants- Please provide the hours you are able to work.
