In this pivotal role, you’ll lead transformative projects and drive growth through your expertise and commitment to excellence.\nIn This Role, You Will: Showcase Your Expertise : Apply your deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and more.\nLead Projects : Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion, ensuring every phase is executed flawlessly.\nNavigate Permitting : Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, leveraging your local expertise to streamline the process.\nStrategize Permitting : Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for both expansive developments and compact commercial projects.\nEngage & Grow : Actively participate in marketing initiatives to enhance our company’s presence, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government entities.\nDrive Success : Contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.\nQualifications: Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University.\nProfessional Certification : PE Licensure is required.\nLocal Experience : Relevant work experience in Maryland is preferred.\nTechnical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred.\nWork Environment : Ability to work in our Mitchellville office on a hybrid schedule.\nJoin us and be a key player in shaping our future through your engineering expertise and dedication.
