Role Description We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operational activities at our Cincinnati, OH location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing team performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring service excellence in line with company standards. The Operations Manager will develop and maintain staff schedules, foster employee engagement, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaboration with partners and clients to enhance service delivery outcomes will also be a key aspect of the role. Moreover, the candidate will contribute to process improvements, resource allocation, and overall organizational success.
