We’re looking for a proven leader in data and analytics services to build and scale this practice from the ground up.\r\nWe are specifically looking for candidates with the following background and experience:\r\nCompany Background:Candidates should come fromconsulting firmsorimplementation companies .\r\nWe arenotconsidering profiles fromend clients(e.g., PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Bristol Myers, etc.), as such roles typically involve being the client rather than building business for the organization.\r\nKey Experience Required:Proven experience inbuilding and setting up AI and Data practices from scratch .\r\nStrong ability to establish and grow data practices, includingstrategy, delivery models, and go-to-market initiatives .\r\nAblend of sales and technology expertise– someone who can actively bring in new business while having a solid understanding of data and AI technologies.\r\nIdeal Candidate:A business-oriented leader who has successfullycreated and scaled data practicesin the past.\r\nComfortable inclient-facing and sales-driven roleswith deep knowledge of modern data platforms, cloud, and AI ecosystems.\r\nHave you primarily worked withconsulting or implementation firms(e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, etc.)?\r\nHave you worked directly forend clients(like PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, Bristol Myers, etc.)?\r\nPractice Building Experience:Have you everbuilt or set up a Data & AI practice from scratchfor an organization?\r\nCan you share an example of how youstructured the practice(team building, delivery models, partnerships, etc.)?\r\nSales & Business Growth:Do you have direct experience inbusiness development, pre-sales, or client acquisitionfor Data/AI services?\r\nHave you contributed torevenue growth targets ?
