We offer a wide range of job opportunities, competitive compensation, full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and more.\n\nYOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:\n\nThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and appearance of warehouse and yard locations in support of our regional goals\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\n\nMaintain safe work environment through adherence to Rosendin safety regulations and standards\n\nDevelop and implement lines of communication and tracking between field management ensuring that the Company is providing first class quality and service to our internal and external customers\n\nConfirm that a chain of custody is created for all material entering our warehouse\n\nEnsure material is transferred efficiently and accurately from storage to our production team\n\nManage and refine warehouse process to increase productivity and reduce waste\n\nManage and assist with cycle counts and inventory control\n\nManage receivers handling incoming and outgoing deliveries\n\nAssist with loading and unloading deliveries when necessary\n\nCoordinate with procurement and logistics staff to replace material damaged during transportation\n\nEnsure the safe operation of Rosendin equipment and vehicles\n\nAssist fleet services to prepare vehicles for sale\n\nWork with a team to maintain a clean and tidy work area to ensure a safe working environment\n\nThe duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\n\nProficient understanding of the requirements of material handling in a warehouse setting\n\nAbility to operate warehouse\n\nProficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)\n\nProficient in using a tablet to enter data\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary\n\nAbility to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude\n\nEffective oral and written communication skills as required for the position\n\nAbility to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player\n\nAbility to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others\n\nWHAT YOU BRING TO US\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nAssociate degree preferred\n\nMinimum 5 years in construction support operation and knowledge of construction equipment and materials\n\nCan be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience\n\nTRAVEL:\n\n0%\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\n\nGeneral work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
