Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and creative Baker to join our team in Costa Mesa, near John Wayne Airport. Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of sweet, healthy products, such as meringues, cookies, and other desserts. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Assist in creating and testing new recipes, focusing on healthy ingredients and innovative techniques. Manage inventory and ordering of baking ingredients and supplies. Ensure all baked goods meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Collaborate with the team to streamline production and develop new product ideas. Contribute to a positive work environment, bringing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in baking, with a focus on sweet products. Proven skills in food preparation, baking, and recipe development. Strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. Experience in a creative baking role is a plus. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Skills: Creativity and a passion for healthy, sweet baking. Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
