Analyst","description":"Description:\nThis position is responsible for supporting the Company and its various departments by setting up, managing, and maintaining accurate item and pricing information as well as by assisting in other functions, as needed.\nResponsibilities\nAccurate data entry and very high attention to detail.\nBe familiar with and have sufficient knowledge of the Company’s portfolio and item and pricing structure.\nMaintain item and pricing data in the route accounting software.\nInput and maintain pricing, discounts, and special programs in the system for everyday and future use.\nUpdate pricing for supplier price changes, prepare upload pricing files and verify prices have been entered accurately.\nMaintain item SRS codes for reporting to VIP.\nFunction as a liaison with Accounting, Brand Management, and other Departmental teams to ensure new items are accurately set up and proper pricing is maintained.\nAnswer inquiries and research problems regarding items or pricing (including, but not limited to, extracting item/pricing data via reports either on your own or via the Data Team).\nEffectively communicate to supervisor and/or other leadership.\nPerform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.\nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.\nOne year of related industry experience is preferred.\nMust be comfortable with and able to utilize technology.\nProficient with Microsoft Excel (must be able to utilize basic formulas and VLOOKUP).\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.\nGood teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.\nWork Authorization\nMust be authorized to work in the USA for any employer.\nL & F
