Brand Strategy Development & Execution Develop and execute comprehensive US brand strategies that enhance Alibaba.com's brand awareness, reputation, and market influence Position Alibaba.com and Accio as thought leaders in B2B e-commerce and AI-driven procurement solutions Create compelling brand narratives that resonate with SME audiences and enterprise buyers in the US marketTeam Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence Provide strategic guidance and constructive direction to drive impactful marketing initiatives Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Business Development to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns Collaborate closely with the AI product team to effectively communicate Accio's value proposition to target audiencesMarket Intelligence & Consumer Insights Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the B2B e-commerce and SaaS sectors Conduct deep consumer research to understand buyer behavior, pain points, and decision-making processes among US-based SMEs and enterprise customers Translate insights into actionable strategies for product development, go-to-market planning, and business growth Leverage data analytics tools to measure brand health, campaign performance, and market sentimentPerformance Monitoring & Optimization Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand marketing initiatives Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven methodologies Optimize brand strategies based on performance metrics, market feedback, and business objectives Report regularly on brand performance, market dynamics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadershipThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $180,000/year and $250,000/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.Job Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of developing and executing successful global brand strategies, preferably in technology, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS industries Extensive experience working in multinational corporations with global brand exposure Well-established industry network and relationships with key stakeholders in the tech and e-commerce sectors Familiarity with E-commerce, cross-border trade, AI, or digital marketplace dynamics is a strong plus
