Break-fix activities account for 70% of role responsibilities\n\nProvide IP address support\n\nPerform basic equipment problem diagnosis\n\nPoint of contact for equipment removal and delivery for onsite support\n\nContact service as required (Company and 3rd party)\n\nUtilize web-based applications as required to include Service Call Handling\n\nAccurate call reporting on equipment in designated systems\n\nRemote Service call onsite support Driving (if required for duties)\n\nDownload and install printer drivers on end-user equipment\n\nPerform printer mapping to PC as required\n\nEscalate printer network issues to appropriate resource\n\nPhysical as well as remote device management and control\n\nDevice Configuration (Enter IP address, scanning templates, User access levels.
