Full-Time Lobby Attendant

This role is perfect for those with a background in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support who enjoy creating welcoming environments and helping others. As a Lobby Attendant, you'll be the face our property - greeting residents, assisting guests, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a secure and professional atmosphere. You'll work closely with property management and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Weekly Work Schedule: Days of the week: Monday - FridayStart and End Time: 3:00PM - 11:00PM What You'll DoDeliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points.Communicate effectively with property management and support teams.Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests.Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.Support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed. Requirements Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation: High school diploma or GEDExperience:3+ years in customer service or hospitality1+ year in a supervisory or concierge role (preferred)Skills & Traits:Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 35 lbsDependable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable in fast-paced environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office and reporting writingFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays
