Assure that the quality of materials and workmanship complies with applicable specifications and standards\n\nReviewing shop drawings and submittals to ensure proper coordination of the work\n\nAssisting Project Manager in identifying and estimating changes in the work\n\nTaking the lead in implementing the project and company safety plans\n\nWorking with the Project Manager assigned to the project as required\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum of 5 years of Commercial and Public Works experience preferred\n\nExcellent attention to detail and facility with numbers\n\nAbility to prioritize and multi-task, in a busy job site environment\n\nAbility to resolve issues independently based on project/company standards and verification of facts prior to releasing documents to the client or outside agencies\n\nGood judgment, logic, and ability to learn new things quickly\n\nMust have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
