resolution.\r\nUtilize automation tools and develop scripts to automate routine operational tasks and increase efficiency.\r\nRequired Qualifications Experience supporting network infrastructure in an operational or network engineering environment.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network events and incidents.\r\nExperience working with monitoring tools to detect and address actionable network issues.\r\nAbility to work independently and use sound judgment when resolving complex problems.\r\nExperience participating in major incident calls and coordinating technical resolutions.\r\nAbility to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors during escalations.\r\nWillingness to participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\r\nExperience using automation tools or scripting to streamline operational tasks.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience developing automation scripts for
