Experience with IFS ERP is highly preferred, as the role will involve projects impacting the ERP and related business systems.\n\nExplore the Depth of the Role:\n\nTechnical Project Management\n\nDeveloping and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, and priorities.\nCoordinating IT teams, business departments, vendors, and consultants.\nManaging project risks, issues, dependencies, and resources.\nLeading meetings and keeping stakeholders and leadership informed.\nEnsuring proper testing, documentation, communication, change management, and deployment.\nHolding vendors and consultants accountable for deliverables.\nImproving project-management processes and standards across the organization.\n\nEnterprise Technology Initiatives\n\nManage projects across various enterprise technology areas.\nOversee ERP and business application implementations and upgrades.\nManage system integrations, APIs, and application development projects.\nLead infrastructure, cloud, and technology migration initiatives.\nSupport data, databases, reporting, and analytics projects.\nManage cybersecurity and technology risk initiatives.\nLead process automation and digital transformation projects.\nCoordinate vendor implementations and technology partnerships.\n\nERP Management & Support\n\nManage ERP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.\nWork with ERP users and business teams to understand needs and requirements.\nSupport the ongoing management and maintenance of the ERP system.\nCoordinate with IT teams, ERP specialists, vendors, and consultants to resolve issues and improve the system.\nOversee ERP testing, releases, deployments, and post-implementation support.\nUnderstand how the ERP connects with other applications, databases, infrastructure, and reporting systems.\nMaintain ERP documentation, processes, and technical information.\nEvaluate ERP changes based on business value, cost, risk, technical feasibility, and resources.\nAll other related duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\n\nMission Readiness:\n\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field equivalent experience.\n5+ Experience managing complex IT projects, risks, schedules, resources, and vendors.\nProduction ERP experience is required.\nStrong understanding of applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, and business systems.\nAbility to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and vendors.\nStrong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience managing third-party vendors, consultants, and technology partners.\nIFS ERP experience, especially administering, supporting, upgrading, implementing, or integrating IFS.
