Applicants should be aware that certain roles may require eligibility to work in a licensed gaming facility in New Jersey.About the RoleThe Valet Runner is responsible for parking and retrieving customer vehicles in a courteous, safe and efficient manner.Position ResponsibilitiesMaintains a high energy environment by running for fronts and aggressively opening and closing customer car doorsInforms customers about the services of the propertyAssists customers with wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, and any other deviceControls traffic flow in the Porte CochereResponsible for the initial greeting of our customers and ensures tickets are given to our customers upon arrivalMonitors volume of traffic and summons additional staffSummons Limousines and taxis as neededHandles customer concernsPerforms all other related and compatible duties as assignedEssential FunctionsExposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment.Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours.Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move quickly throughout the Casino/Hotel areas What’s RequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredValid New Jersey driver’s license and excellent driving record requiredStrong customer service skills requiredThe ability to effectively communicate in English**Pay Rate: $10.00/hour
