Our team is dedicated, innovative, and constantly striving to improve every day.Duties:Serve as the primary in-person interaction with Clients by maintaining strong relationships and adapting to Client needsCoordinate devices being transported to SLM Operations Center in SkokiePackage, count, and check for quality issues of devices at Client sitesSchedule pickup of devices with 3rd party vendors including FedEx, UPS, etcUtilize gaylords, boxes, and foam for effective packaging of electronic devicesEngage in regular weekly travel within the continental US based on business needsAdhere to SLM’s Travel and Expense Policy, including the submission of monthly expense reportsEfficiently and accurately count devices by type to forecast incoming devicesUtilize ERP system for proper recordkeepingOn days without travel, Pickup Associates are assigned to tasks in the Operations Center according to business needsProvide and maintain a quality of work that exceeds customer expectationsQualifications/Requirements:Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy boxes, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment safelyThe candidate must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordCMV medical certificate is a plusWarehouse experience is a plusThe candidate must be professional and possess excellent communication skillsThe candidate must be self-motivated and energeticNext steps:Complete our 5-minute application survey here: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/toUC5q21d5JfQogQl1kOur team will be in touch if there is a fit
