You will provide direction and leadership to all distribution functions including shipping, receiving and safety to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting quality and delivery commitments.\n\nWhere you’ll be:\n\nThis role is be based onsite RDC Lancaster, TX.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\nLead end-to-end distribution center operations, ensuring on-time fulfillment of emergency, rush, and routine customer orders while meeting inventory and service objectives.\n\nPartner cross-functionally with Inventory Control, Supply Planning, Sales, Fulfillment, and HR to optimize inventory flow and customer service outcomes.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing KPIs and operational metrics to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve performance.\n\nCoach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering accountability, engagement, and adherence to operational standards and procedures.\n\nEnsure effective workforce management, including timekeeping accuracy, performance management, and successful execution during peak order volume periods.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain or a related field.\n\nProven people leadership skills with a strong track record of team building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams.\n\nDemonstrated success in reducing costs, improving processes, leading change initiatives, and continuously improving operations.\n\nStrong knowledge of MO - Excell, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including load planning, routing, and shipment optimization while balancing service and cost objectives.\n\nBenefits highlights:\n\nMedical, dental, vision and life insurance.\n\nCompetitive holiday and vacation time off program.\n\nRetirement Savings Plan (401(k)) with relevant company contribution.\n\nDiscounted products and an EAP upon hire and tuition reimbursement after 12 months of service.\n\nPlease be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.\n\nFind more on:\n\nElectrolux Group North America: https://www.linkedin.com/company/electrolux/life/northamerica/\n\nElectrolux Group Careers: https://career.electroluxgroup.com/global/en\n\nElectrolux Home Products, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
