The Data Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of data analytics projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Analysis and Modeling\nAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.\nDevelop and implement predictive models and algorithms.\nConduct exploratory data analysis to inform business decisions.\nStatistical Analysis\nPerform statistical analyses to support business objectives.\nEnsure the accuracy and validity of data analyses and models.\nData Visualization\nCreate and present data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.\nDevelop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.\nCollaboration\nWork with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives.\nCollaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other team members to develop data solutions.\nData Management\nEnsure data quality, integrity, and security in all data activities.\nManage and preprocess data for analysis and modeling.\nContinuous Improvement\nStay updated with the latest advancements in data science and analytics.\nImplement best practices and innovative techniques in data analysis.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.\n3+ of experience in data science or a related field\nExperience with statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning.\nExperience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).\nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).\nProficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.\nStrong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.\nData science-related certifications (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Microsoft Certified: Data Scientist Associate) are preferred\n\nCandidates from Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) are strongly encouraged to apply.
