Our team manages a rapidly expanding portfolio of single-family and multifamily homes and is focused on delivering professional, responsive service to both residents and property owners.We are seeking a Leasing Agent who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and helping residents find their next home.This role is well suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and values strong organization and communication.Position OverviewThe Leasing Agent is responsible for marketing available rental homes, coordinating showings, assisting prospective tenants through the application process, and supporting successful move-ins.Our leasing team manages multiple properties and inquiries at once, so organization, responsiveness, and follow-through are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket and advertise available rental propertiesRespond promptly to prospective tenant inquiriesSchedule and conduct property showingsGuide applicants through the screening and application processPrepare and execute lease agreementsCoordinate organized and efficient move-insFollow up with prospective tenants and maintain leasing activityMaintain accurate leasing records and documentationCommunicate community expectations and HOA guidelines when applicableQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredLeasing, real estate, property management, or sales experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsKnowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with the rental or real estate industry is a plusProficiency with office software (Google Workspace preferred) and CRM systems (AppFolio experience is a plus)Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation required for property showingsAbility to lift 25+ pounds when necessaryBenefitsHealth care reimbursement programDental and vision insurance optionsLife insurance optionsRetirement plan with company matching contributionsJoin Our TeamCronkhite Property Management is continuing to expand throughout Southwest Missouri, and our leasing team plays an important role in supporting that growth.If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.Equal Opportunity EmployerCronkhite Property Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
