If you're passionate about this, we want to hear from you!\nAbout the Role\nMWH is currently seeking a Scheduling Manager to join our team in Gresham, OR.\nThe Scheduling Manager will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing deadlines, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring the smooth operation of project scheduling processes.\nEssential Functions\nDevelop and maintain Cost and Resource loaded project schedules for large water/wastewater projects utilizing Primavera P6 in accordance with company procedures, project specifications, and industry best practices.\nFull-time on the project site.\nPlan the pre-construction, construction, startup, and commissioning activities at the project site using industry best practices and insight from project team members.\nAnalyze survey reports, maps, drawings, specifications, aerial photography, or other topographical or geological data.\nEstimate durations, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.\nIdentify and anticipate schedule risks; assist in developing and implementing mitigations.\nMonitor and adjust schedules to align with project requirements and deadlines.\nCommunicate schedule changes and updates to all project stakeholders and suggest action when necessary.\nAnalyze scheduling data to identify areas for process improvement.\nProvide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to scheduling coordinators and project team members.\nManage and develop junior project schedulers.\nPresent on topics such as bid proposals, construction sequences, project changes, and delays.\nReview project changes for impacts and assist in preparing change notices as required by contract.\nPrepare Time Impact Analysis and associated narratives and reports.\nPrepare and manage cost and resource loaded schedules for use in invoice generation.\nContribute to improving scheduling practices at MWH.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training.\nMinimum 10 years verifiable experience in construction work sequencing, productivity, and scheduling as well as preparing and maintaining detailed construction schedules.\nExperience scheduling projects over $100 million.\nExperience scheduling 2 or more water or wastewater treatment plant projects and ability to provide personal references from owner representatives as such.\n2 years of supervisory experience.\nExpert level experience utilizing Primavera P6.\nExperience in development of baseline schedules, incorporating subcontractor schedules, schedule updating, analysis of progress, including project compliance processes and audits.\nExperience with Cost and Resource loaded schedules.\nProficiency with construction management software (Autodesk Build, Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint, etc.)\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, along with customer facing experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertifications such as: Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP)\nWorking knowledge of other scheduling software (MS Project, Asta, NetPoint, etc.)\nExperience with schedule analytic software (SmartPM, Acumen Fuse, Schedule Validator, etc.)\nExperience with 4D scheduling software.\nExperience with Lean Construction or Last Planner System\nPrimavera database administration experience\nBenefits\nGroup health & welfare benefits including options for medical, dental and vision\n100% Company Paid Benefits: Employee Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Spouse and Dependent Life & AD&D, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Employee Assistance Program and Health Advocate\nVoluntary benefits at discounted group rates for accidents, critical illness, and hospital indemnity\nFlexible Time Off Program (includes vacation and personal time)\nPaid Sick and Safe Leave\nPaid Parental Leave Program\n10 Paid Holidays\n401(k) Plan (company matching contributions up to 4%).\nEmployee Referral Program\nCompensation\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000/yr., based on experience.\nMWH Constructors is a global project delivery company in heavy civil construction with a focus on water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
