Possible other locations for this position:  Key West, Newport (FL), and Naval Station Guantánamo Bay (NSGB).Salary Range: $100K - $105K – AnnuallyEmployment - Full timeWorksite Type -OnsiteSecurity Clearance Required -Secret Responsibilities include but are not limited to:·        Supports the design, engineering, analysis, and development of software systems and DevOps pipelines.·        Assists in modeling software development processes and implementing agile-informed methodologies.·        Participates in all phases of the SDLC, focusing on writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.·        Integrates asset management tools with the ITSM platform, develops APIs, designs data models/database schemas, and creates data import/export routines.·        Generates reports/dashboards, troubleshoots software issues, provides technical support, stays updated on new technologies, and receives guidance from senior staff.Minimum Qualifications:·     Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.·     4+ years of experience with 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience.·     Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.·     Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.·     Understanding of IT asset management principles and best practices (e.g., ITIL).Desired Qualifications:·         Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).·        Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired. SANDYMAC EVOLUTION considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.
