Work location is hybrid with periodic customer site work activities. Must be willing to work nights, have a Security+ certification, and an active Top Secret clearance.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nPosition Description:\r\nIn this role you will: Provide support to Background Investigation System in both the Production and Test environments. Support and validate the developer's deployments in both the Production and Test environments. Assist other Admins in working on ServiceNOW tickets assigned to our group. Work with other Admins to closely monitor multiple applications and systems to ensure files process completely and correctly. Assist in documentation of standard operating procedures. Work with other groups to assist in remediating issues.\r\nPosition Requirements:\r\n\r\n\r\nMaintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations\r\n\r\n\r\nPlan, coordinate, and implement network/system security measures to protect data, software, and hardware\r\n\r\n\r\nProvides regular monitoring and analysis regarding short and long-range planning for in-house systems\r\n\r\n\r\nPrepares or ensures that appropriate documentation exists, including operational instructions.\r\n\r\n\r\nWrites or modifies basic scripts to resolve performance problems and automate administration tasks\r\n\r\n\r\nRecommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to work onsite as needed at one of several DCSA sites.
