This role will provide high-level executive administrative and office management support for the front office of a large federal organization with a strong focus on internal customer relationship management. We are seeking an experienced, vibrant, and engaging professional with close attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to be proactive while delivering simultaneous complex projects and programs with demanding timelines.Location Details: This role is on-site five days/week at the FAA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.Provide program support to include maintaining executive leadership calendars, action item lists, and detailed task schedules.Provide meeting support to include scheduling, coordinating agendas, managing calendars, taking minutes, and capturing action items.Manage and maintain incoming correspondence or memos on behalf of executive leadership, review contents, determine importance and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff.Arrange and handle logistics for executive leadership meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating agendas, managing calendars, taking minutes, and capturing action items.Coordinate executive travel including analyzing travel requests, making travel arrangements, and compiling travel reservation information to facilitate trip preparation and readiness.Develop or modify procedures related to administration, travel, and workflow to ensure effective and efficient operations.Evaluate and maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, procedures and equipment procurement.Maintain content on client SharePoint site.RequirementsA Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with eight years of related experience.Works effectively and independently– while projecting sense of calm organization.Manage sensitive information with a high-level of confidentiality and discretion.Displays innovative thinking, meets challenges with resourcefulness, and generates suggestions for improving work.Fosters strong sense of team – promotes collaboration and respect across colleagues.Displays excellent verbal/oral communication skills to address a variety of audiences with tact and confidence.Able to handle multiple projects at a time.Proficient in MS Office applications and maintaining content on SharePoint sites.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.Demonstrates critical thinking, self-starter attitude, self-awareness, and integrity.Understands personal accountability and authenticity in approaching interactions with colleagues and clients.The Evans ExperienceEvans, Inc. is a growing firm doing consequential work.
