You’ll drive cross-functional alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure our teams deliver with speed, quality, and predictability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a Kanban-based delivery model, excels at cross-team coordination, and is passionate about enabling engineering teams to do their best work.\nCore Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned\nPartner with Product Managers to translate product strategy into executable delivery plans\nOwn the Kanban flow—monitor WIP, cycle time, and throughput to ensure smooth delivery\nFacilitate agile ceremonies (standups, retros, planning) with Engineering Leads\nEnsure alignment between requirements, development outputs, and test coverage\nManage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and timelines across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and external teams\nUnblock work and escalate risks to maintain delivery momentum\nMaintain delivery dashboards and provide proactive updates to stakeholders\nAnalyze delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement\nChampion best practices in agile execution, risk management, and team collaboration\nRequirements:\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience\n4+ years of experience in technical program management or delivery leadership in a software/SaaS environment\nStrong understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)\nProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders\nExcellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences\nExperience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and delivery dashboards\nFamiliarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and system integrations\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in regulated industries (e.g., Cannabis, FinTech, Healthcare)\nCertifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or PMP\nExperience supporting platform teams or multi-tenant implementations\nUnderstanding of DevOps practices and release management\nSuccess in This Role Looks Like\nPredictable, high-quality delivery of product initiatives\nClear visibility into delivery health and risks\nStrong alignment between Product, Engineering, and Business\nContinuous improvement in team flow and execution efficiency\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT\nIn-office and remote position\nFrequently required to sit\nFrequently required to talk or hear\nContinually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard and mouse.\nThe above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
