This role is responsible for developing accurate, timely estimates, coordinating with subcontractors and insurance adjusters, and guiding customers through the early stages of the restoration process. A key focus of this position is working within multiple insurance carrier program guidelines (including SERVPRO program partnerships), ensuring estimates, documentation, and communication comply with program requirements while maintaining speed and accuracy.
