Customer Success Associate - Portland, Washington

Location: Hybrid ~70% Remote, 30% In-field (Travel)Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (depending on experience) plus competitive variableTerritory: Portland, WashingtonAbout The RoleThe Customer Success Associate supports customer relationships within a defined territory, assisting in onboarding and helping dental practices integrate SprintRay’s digital solutions. This hybrid role combines remote account coordination with occasional in-field engagement to promote adoption, satisfaction, and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & TrainingAssist new customers with product setup and digital workflow basicsParticipate in remote and in-person onboarding sessionsSupport delivery of educational content for study clubs, events, and webinarsCustomer Support & EngagementServe as a key point of contact for assigned accountsProvide first-level support for product-related questions and usageHelp identify customer needs and encourage product adoptionCommunity BuildingSupport organization and facilitation of local study clubs and peer-to-peer eventsPromote a collaborative, engaging customer experience across channelsDocumentation & EscalationLog interactions and feedback in CRM systemsEscalate technical issues as needed with clear documentationRequired Qualifications2 years of customer-facing experience (dental, healthcare, SaaS preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with digital tools, CRM platforms, and remote workWillingness to travel occasionally within the assigned regionSome regional travel with occasional overnight stays (1–2 nights/week max)Employment TypeFull-timeAbout SprintRaySprintRay is rewriting the rules of dentistry with technology that’s smart, fast, and designed to make life easier for dental professionals.
