Job Title: OSP Fiber Engineer / PlannerWhat We Look for in a CandidateRequired Qualifications Proficiency in designing, planning, and deploying DWDM networks. Ability toevaluate network requirements and develop robust network designs. Experiencewith various DWDM equipment and technologies. Skilled in interpreting fiber characterization results, including OTDR, CD, andPMD testing. Ability to assess fiber quality and suitability for high-capacityDWDM applications. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tightdeadlines. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensuretimely project delivery. Proficient in project management tools andmethodologies. Strong analytical skills to identify potential network issues and develop effectivesolutions. Ability to make informed decisions based on technical analysis andbusiness requirements. Skilled in planning and/or engineering. Must be capable of handling moderately complex engineering assignments.Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders. Collaborative approach to working effectively with internal teams, vendors, andcustomers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-driven and proactive in identifying opportunities for network improvements.Thanks and regards PaulPaul@ampstek.com
