Job Description Support the Mission of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is seeking experienced Executive Assistants to provide executive level administrative support to senior leadership at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in New York City. These roles directly support DFC leadership and operations and require professionals who can perform in a fast paced, high visibility federal environment. Multiple Executive Assistant positions are available in support of DFC. Assignments will be based on DFC operational needs. Position Assignments Executive Assistant - DFC Office of Chief Executive (OCE)Supports senior executive leadership within the NYC Office of Chief ExecutiveFocused on high level calendar management, executive correspondence, and leadership support Executive Assistant - DFC Departmental Support (Flex Role)Provides executive and administrative support to other departments as designated by leadershipAssignment may change over time based on operational needsMay include work at other approved office locations Key Responsibilities Organize and prioritize a high incoming flow of work for DFC senior leaders and or their officesRespond to and schedule requests for meetings, invitations, and participation in eventsGreet and escort guests at DFC NYC and other DFC office locationsMaintain a control and follow up system for incoming workload and correspondenceDraft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documentsManage incoming and outgoing communications including email, phone calls, and mailAssist with travel coordination and voucher processing as neededMaintain records and databases, including tracking projects and deadlinesCoordinate with other departments and stakeholders on administrative projects and data callsProcess internal ethics clearances for speaker participation at events or widely attended gatherings Qualifications RequiredU.S. CitizenMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Minimum of 5 years experience providing executive or administrative support in one or more of the following environments:Federal governmentState or local governmentCorporate executive officesNonprofit or comparable professional settingsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast paced environment DesiredBachelor's degree in business administration or a related fieldExperience supporting senior leadership or executive level officesBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.401(k) retirement plan.Full medical care benefits package.Training and professional development.Company-provided life insurance.Short-term & long-term disability.Paid time off.
