Graco is part of your daily life.\nJob Purpose:\nEfficiently assemble and pack final and sub-assemblies for customers while meeting on-time deliveries, Graco Quality Standards and efficiency standards. Effectively communicate with all members of the Production Call and other Cells/Factories.\nWhat You Will Do at Graco\nAssemble and pack both sub-assemblies and completed assemblies with supervision and training\nMaintain required work efficiency and productivity on assigned work station/assembly position.\nMonitor daily quality of assemblies and communicate any discrepancies.\nParticipate in problem-solving to continually improve the quality of assemblies and processes.\nUtilize Manufacturing ERP and other manufacturing operating systems to report information on quality, delivery, and cost.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Bring to Graco\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nBasic Math, Basic Blueprint, and Measurement Skills for Manufacturing Assessments.\nRequires the ability to perform continuous short-cycle work with required lifting up to 40 lbs\nAbility to efficiently perform basic assembly from detailed instructions and prints\nRequires the ability to add and subtract decimals or fractions and work from operation layouts and written instructions.\n3-6 months experience in manufacturing assembly operations.\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequent lifting up to 40 pounds.\nConstant periods of walking and/or standing.\nSit rarely.\nRepetitive use of arms/wrists and hands for grasping and gripping.\nRegular repetitive bending and twisting of the back, up to 90 degrees.\nLifting and reaching from floor to waist, waist to chest and above the shoulder frequently.\nInfrequent exposure to outside temperatures while working on dock.\nCorrectable vision.\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
