About The Role
We are seeking a Client Success Manager with a commercial and consultative mind to help our mid‑market clients grow and retain their digital business with Cleverbridge. Our team is responsible for driving client outcomes across a portfolio of accounts through structured success planning, performance analysis and cross‑functional implementation of growth initiatives.
The role partners closely with internal teams including Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Product Management, Payments and Sales to ensure client needs are understood, prioritised and actioned effectively. This is an individual contributor role.
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong ethical and business judgement and a willingness to approach tasks with enthusiasm and a strong sense of ownership.
Your Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of clients with accountability for retention, growth and overall account health
Build and maintain client success plans tied to business goals, risks, and measurable outcomes
Provide internal visibility into account status, performance, risks and priorities
Analyze e‑commerce performance across areas such as conversion, renewals, payment success, and customer experience
Deliver regular business reviews to communicate trends, opportunities, and recommended actions
Maintain an accurate ongoing financial forecast to manage the financial health of your portfolio
Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, maintain strong working relationships across key stakeholders, including C‑level executives, and expand influence over time
Partner with Technical Account Managers and other delivery teams to ensure strategic priorities are implemented and provide the desired outcomes
Identify growth and optimisation opportunities and assist Sales on commercial expansion
Conduct commercial negotiations and work with legal to ensure up‑to‑date and accurate contracting
Develop a strong understanding of Cleverbridge capabilities, market dynamics, and how those tie back to your clients’ business model
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, e‑commerce, or client‑facing consulting in a technology environment
Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive retention, adoption and measurable business outcomes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into recommendations
Experience building success plans, leading business reviews, and identifying risk
Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience working with senior management
Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment and keep multiple priorities moving
Proficiency in Salesforce and common reporting tools, Power‑BI experience is a plus
A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $60,000 to $80,000 which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at Cleverbridge is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications, and other business requirements/needs.
