Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in Stockton, CA. The RBT will implement ABA therapy programs and interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Daily responsibilities include one-on-one support for individuals, data collection, progress monitoring, and contributing to personalized treatment plans. The RBT will work directly with individuals and families to support behavioral goals and provide valuable feedback to the supervising team. Qualifications Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ability to implement evidence-based interventionsStrong skills in communication, documentation, and data collectionAbility to manage sessions and follow treatment plans with attention to detailPatience, empathy, and a professional demeanor when working with individuals and familiesRBT certification or willingness to obtain certification; previous experience in ABA therapy is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferredReliable transportation and ability to travel to clients within the Stockton, CA areaMust pass a background check and meet all licensing/certification requirements as per state regulations
