If you're passionate about this, we want to hear from you!\nAbout the Role\nMWH is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to support the mechanical packages and lead a team of construction professionals on a critical water treatment plant construction project based out of Gresham, Oregon.\nPackage-Specific Mechanical Scope\nTypical mechanical scopes may include, but are not limited to:\nProcess piping and pipe supports\nPumps, blowers, mixers, and treatment process equipment ,valves, gates, actuators, and appurtenances\nChemical feed systems and storage equipment\nHVAC systems serving treatment facilities\nMechanical equipment installation, alignment, and testing\nKey Responsibilities\nLead planning, execution, and delivery of the mechanical package from preconstruction through closeout\nManage mechanical subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance\nOversee budget management, cost forecasting, and change management for mechanical scopes\nCoordinate mechanical installation activities with civil, electrical, and process teams\nEnsure mechanical systems meet drawings, specifications, and operational requirements\nLead mechanical support for startup, commissioning, and system turnover\nChampion safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance\nRequired Experience & Knowledge\n7+ years of construction project management or mechanical project leadership experience\nManage mechanical packages in value of $100+ million\nDemonstrated experience managing mechanical scopes on water or wastewater treatment facilities\nStrong understanding of process piping, pumps, valves, and treatment equipment\nExperience supporting commissioning, startup, and owner turnover activities\nWorking knowledge of construction cost control, scheduling, and change management\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Equivalent field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)\nSkills & Competencies\nProven leadership and team management capabilities\nStrong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams\nFinancial acumen with strong cost and schedule control skills\nAbility to manage complex mechanical scopes in active treatment plant environments\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMiC, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar systems preferred\nBenefits\nGroup health & welfare benefits including options for medical, dental and vision\n100% Company Paid Benefits: Employee Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Spouse and Dependent Life & AD&D, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Employee Assistance Program and Health Advocate\nVoluntary benefits at discounted group rates for accidents, critical illness, and hospital indemnity\nFlexible Time Off Program (includes vacation and personal time)\nPaid Sick and Safe Leave\nPaid Parental Leave Program\n10 Paid Holidays\n401(k) Plan (company matching contributions up to 4%).\nEmployee Referral Program\nMWH Constructors is a global project delivery company in heavy civil construction with a focus on water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
