Document and distribute meeting minutes weekly.\n\nManage, generate, and execute subcontractors and subcontractor change orders\n\nMaintain up-to-date project logs including monthly project progress reports and project controls\n\nMaintain our construction management software (Procore) and document/drawing management\n\nAssist in managing project production and scheduling including CPM updates, mapping sessions, pull plans, etc.\n\nLead the closeout process including owner training, punch-list and as-builts\n\nEducation / Experience Required\n\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management or engineering preferred but not required\n\n1-3 years of experience as a construction Project Engineer\n\nExperience should be in commercial construction, preferably in Healthcare (OSHPD), Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Office Improvements\n\nProficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Bluebeam, Project Management Software (Procore), and scheduling software (Microsoft Project)\n\nInterpersonal Skills - ability to engage with clients, internal team members and trade contractors in a constructive, productive way to overcome obstacles and achieve result.\n\nBenefits / Location\n\n401K, Dental, Medical, Vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Mentorship\n\nSan Diego, CA\n\nFull-Time / Onsite\n\nWe exist to improve the construction project environment by inspiring people to build together.
