In this vital role, you will lead strategic human resources initiatives, manage employee relations, and ensure the seamless delivery of HR services across the organization. Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and change management initiatives. Oversee talent acquisition processes from sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees via employee orientation programs. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills. Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms like Workday, Paychex or ADP; ensure compliance with employment & labor law and OSHA regulations. Lead performance management processes including employee evaluation, training & development initiatives, and performance improvement plans to enhance workforce productivity. Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data collection and entry; utilize tools such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for workforce management and organizational design. Support compliance efforts through affirmative action planning, OSHA safety protocols, and adherence to contracts and legal requirements related to employment law. Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR sourcing strategies. Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos or PeopleSoft; experience with payroll systems like Paychex or ADP is preferred. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Experience in recruiting using ATS tools like iCIMS or Taleo; familiarity with social media management for talent sourcing is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection, contract administration, and administrative tasks.
