As our Program Manager of IC Development, you should have specific technical expertise in a broad range of process technologies and complex, high-performance circuits with applications such as Neurostimulation, Ultrasound, ROICs, Wireless Transceivers, Energy Harvesting, Sensor Interface and more. A servant leadership philosophy and drive to delight our customers is a must!\nOpen Position:\nRichardson, TX\nResponsibilities\nApply your passion for servant leadership of high-performance silicon realization teams to drive business success and positive company culture with specific responsibilities that include:\nServe as a key staff member of the Program Management Office (PMO) and provide leadership and project management expertise to development teams.\nLead development teams in all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, resource planning, budget and project metrics. A strong, engineering knowledge of IC design flows and functions is expected.\nManage cross-functional teams and serve as the primary interface with IC Enable management and our customer.
