This role works closely with the Project Manager to assist with planning, coordination, and oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.\n\nDuties And Responsibilities\n\nWork with the construction team to ensure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule, and with a high standard of quality\n\nPerform takeoffs using Onscreen Take-off (OST) and gather pricing for estimates\n\nReview take-offs with the estimating team\n\nManage document control, including submittals, change orders, field production tracking, purchasing documentation, and contract administration\n\nPrepare reports and information as requested\n\nCoordinate between the branch administrative team, field employees, sales team, estimating team, and branch management regularly\n\nWork closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and employees; ensure exceptional customer service and quality at all times\n\nEducation And Experience\n\nB.A degree in Landscape Architecture, civil engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent work experience\n\nProficient with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and project management software\n\nStrong work ethic\n\nEffective oral and written communication skills\n\nAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment\n\nCustomer service experience\n\nBilingual (Spanish)\n\nPhysical Demands/Requirements\n\nConstant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, a cell phone, and printers/copiers\n\nPosition is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the time\n\nOperates in an office environment and requires in-person presence\n\nAbility to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur\n\nWork Environment\n\nWork is conducted in a professional office environment, with a collaborative and dynamic team setting, and requires in-person presence\n\nCompensation Pay Range\n$70,304 - $80,000\n\nBenefits\nBrightView offers a suite of health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
