Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk $18/hr! This position is a direct hire opportunity!Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk for a local manufacturing client to start immediately at $18/hr! Receive comprehensive benefits upon hire! Responsibilities:Assist accounting with invoice and BOL Retrieve and check shipping pick tickets for quantity and freight Post customer payments also make and enter journal entriesRun paperwork for production planning and shippingGenerate control numbers for 2nds and 3rds from production factoriesAssist customer with questions as it pertains to billingPrepare, finalize, and file away month end costingComplete accounting journal entries and reportsIssue credit memo's Enter Vendor BillsAudit and review vendor statements to ensure correct internal balancesPrint vendor paymentsSort and distribute mail and packages (delivered to front office)Back-up accounting personnel when they are out of the officeReview and monitor billing processPerform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing basic bookkeeping workGreet and assist company visitors Location: Tupelo, MS Area Schedule/Shift Details: First Shift Qualifications:Basic knowledge of bookkeepingBasic knowledge of accountingStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsGood communication skills both written and verbalDetail oriented and works well independentlyGood phone etiquette and customer focusKnowledge of billing processes Benefits:MedicalDentalVision Why choose Integrity Trade Services?At ITS, we offer: Weekly Pay Insurance available through Benefits in a Card (BIC).?
