The Paralegal will work with attorneys and records managers serving as the primary custodian over case related materials such as subpoenas, search warrants, correspondents, and other documents. The Paralegal monitors and directs all cased related communications between agency attorneys, opposing counsel, subject matter experts, and other federal agencies. The Paralegal also provide coordinates with Litigation Support Services to ensure timely and accurate record keeping. Other duties will include assisting with performing and organizing legal records, drafting memos and requests for discovery, performing document reviews, and assisting with trial preparation.\nTo excel in this role, you must have strong analytical and research skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and attention to detail. You should be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
