Other duties may be assigned.\n\nSet up the core machines (pre-op inspections, lighting shell machine, refill sand, box changes, etc.)\nRun the core machines whenever possible\nKeep up with downtime throughout the shift\nCheck in cores and do core inventory if needed\nGeneral clean-up in the Core Room daily\nHelp do ductile time or break relief as needed.\nClean the screen on the sand hopper for the shell machine daily\nCommunicate to the supervisor if there are any issues with the core machines, boxes, core quality, etc.\nHave paperwork filled out and turned in 30 mins before the end of the shift\nClean up at the end of each shift\nChange out catalyst and resin barrels as needed\nProvides suggestions for improvement of all our systems\nMust meet physical demands as stated below.\nPromotes the culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company. This includes adherence to and promotion of the company safety beliefs, employee engagement, competencies, code of conduct, and other policies and procedures.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
