Genscripts Pharmacy was established in 2006. Its is truly a hometown pharmacy. We are the largest independent pharmacy group in Tulsa, serving the community for over 20 years. We are looking for a motivated pharmacy manager who loves serving alongside a great team. This role offers a balanced 4-day work week with coverage for administrative time. No weekends or late evenings, perfect for those seeking work-life harmony. Our four locations and bilingual staff truly support each other like a team. Customer service is key and many of our staff and customers know each other by name. We have four locations. Our midtown Tulsa location is hiring. Its located at 3980 S Hudson Tulsa, OK 74135 We close to recognize six holidays annually. Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring regulatory compliance Lead and support a small team of 1-5 staff members Manage inventory and maintain accurate medication stock levels Verify prescriptions and provide patient counseling Deliver excellent customer service focused on patient needs Train and develop pharmacy staff Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations Dispense medications and explore pharmaceutical compounding opportunities Expand pharmacy services and enhance prescriber relationships Manage social media marketing and engage in community involvementRequired Qualifications Pharmacy degreePreferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in pharmacy management Active Pharmacist License Experience with medication dispensing and inventory control Strong regulatory knowledge Excellent customer communication skills Leadership abilities and problem-solving skills Bilingual communication capabilities Attention to detail and a positive outlook Interest in pharmaceutical compounding Pay Range $57- $62 Benefits PTO HealthCare Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Matching plan
