We are seeking candidates that can work in cross-functional teams, can lead and manage programs along with developing and commercializing innovative Li Ion cell and battery technologies.Responsibilities Will IncludeLead and support R&D programs to develop next generation Li-ion technologiesInnovate and develop new concepts that can be applied to materials, cells or batteriesPrepare proposals, program reports and review presentationsProduce and investigate electrode and electrolyte formulationsCell design (pouch and cylindrical)Define, establish and execute experimental plans to evaluate cell components and cell or battery designAnalyze data and clearly communicate results to cross-functional teamsQualificationsPhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Material Science or; MS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Material Science with 4 years of experienceProven innovation record through patents or journal publicationsBackground in experimental design, data collection and analysisExcellent English written and oral communicationLeadership experience in technical programs is preferredU.S. Citizenship Is Required.Pay Range: The expected salary range for this position is $115K–$130K for highly qualified candidates.
