Join an established architecture and engineering firm in Casper, Wyoming, and lead a team of electrical designers and engineers in delivering high-quality building system designs.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to combine technical expertise, project management, and team leadership while enjoying the outdoor lifestyle and affordability that Casper has to offer.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Lead, mentor, and support electrical engineers and design staff.\n* Oversee electrical design for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunications/data systems.\n* Perform and review electrical calculations, lighting layouts, circuits, and switchgear designs.\n* Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.\n* Coordinate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams from design through construction.\n* Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.\n* Assist with proposals, project scoping, fee development, and business growth initiatives.\n* Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.\n\nQualifications\n\n* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.\n* Active Professional Engineer (PE) license; Wyoming PE licensure must be obtained upon hire if currently licensed in another state.\n* 7–15 years of progressive experience in electrical design, project engineering, or project management.\n* Strong expertise in building electrical systems.\n* Proficiency in electrical design software, including Visual and ElumTools, and Microsoft Office.\n* Experience with AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.\n* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\n* Competitive salary, discussed during the recruitment process.\n* Bonus opportunity.\n* Relocation assistance available.\n\n*Ready to lead an electrical engineering team and advance your career?
