Support capacity planning and workforce management to meet current and future business needs.\n\nTeam Leadership & Talent Development\n\nLead and develop a team of engineers, administrators, platform specialists, and support personnel. Create a productive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and accountability.\nEstablish clear objectives, performance expectations, and career development plans.\nManage staffing, succession planning, and professional development initiatives.
