The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing engineering solutions to improve productivity and quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. The role will also involve troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.QualificationsProficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Machining techniques for efficient productionStrong background in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principlesKnowledge and practical experience in Industrial Engineering for optimizing workflowsExperience in applying advanced methods in Mechanical Engineering to solve complex challengesExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related fieldExperience in the medical device manufacturing industry and familiarity with FDA regulations are a plus
