(Senior) Project Manager

I am partnering with a well-capitalized international Independent Power Producer expanding its U.S. portfolio of utility-scale solar projects. Backed by a long-established global energy group, the business already has operational assets in ERCOT, a near-term construction pipeline of similar scale moving to COD over the next 12 to 24 months, and a strategic target of approximately 3 GW of U.S. capacity by 2030, anchored primarily in ERCOT with optional storage layered in where economics justify it.The Role You will take full ownership of project execution from pre-construction through commercial operation, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and compliance across multiple concurrent utility-scale solar projects. You will act as the primary interface with EPC contractors, vendors, utilities, landowners, and internal stakeholders, reporting directly to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of project execution including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.Manage project budgets and forecasts, coordinate cost and cash flow reporting with finance, and control expenditures throughout delivery.Oversee construction execution to ensure compliance with contracts, permits, environmental regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.Coordinate interconnection workstreams with utilities through testing, energization, and COD achievement.Manage procurement strategy, contract negotiation, and change order management with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and equipment vendors.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, landowners, utilities, and internal stakeholders.Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with field teams and contractors.Lead project close-out including punch lists, performance testing, and final documentation.What You Bring5 or more years of experience in renewable energy Prior experience as a Project Manager or Owner's Representative on utility-scale solar projects.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different states.Strong understanding of permitting, interconnection, and contracting (EPC, BOP, PPA).Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools.ERCOT experience preferred.Willingness to travel to project sites across the U.S. as required.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or related discipline; Master's or PMP preferred.Why This Role?
