The Laborer will perform a variety of manual tasks related to waste management operations, including collecting, sorting, and disposing of waste materials. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, assisting with facility operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires physical labor and collaboration with team members to meet operational goals efficiently. Qualifications Basic understanding of waste management and environmental safety practicesAbility to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and operating equipmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsCapability to work effectively as part of a teamPunctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethicValid driver's license is preferredPrior experience in waste management, construction, or similar labor-intensive jobs is a plus
