Float Caregiver

Pay for a Float Caregiver, also known as a Float Direct Support Specialist, now starting between $18.55 to $20.60 per hour. (Pay is based on experience.) **Now hosting weekly open interviews on Thursdays from 9am to 3pm CT.**Responsibilities:Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.Float between 2 to 3 programsRequired to work 40 to 48 hours minimum per week.Must be flexible with hours to work, with the ability to work various shifts such as days, evenings, and weekends.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age.Maintain a valid driver's license.Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.Prefer candidates to have at least 2-3 years of caregiving experienceVisa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
