This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical challenges across LAN/WAN environments, VoIP, firewalls, wireless systems, disaster recovery, and network security. As part of a collaborative IT team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a broad range of networking technologies. You'll also help drive the success of IT operations by interfacing directly with support teams and end users through a ticketing system to resolve network-related incidents.
